What we are looking for

Pitch clear, original explanations of rules, tactics, formats, skills or spectating. A strong idea has a focused question, a distinct reader takeaway and a subject that remains useful beyond one result or news cycle.

A useful pitch

Include a working title, a short summary, the intended category and a few points showing how the piece will unfold. Explain any specialist terms you expect to use. Do not send a complete article unless we have requested one.

Editorial fit

We favour accessible, careful writing that separates established rules from interpretation. We do not seek betting tips, predictions, unsupported claims or advice that asks readers to take on professional coaching roles.
